I found out some more information on this place. The street address was right in front of my face on the postcard but I missed it. That led me to discovering this was also Hency Grocery in the 40's. It went up for rent in 1953 and it was Westgate Restaurant from that point. By 1961, the restaurant was sold and it became Rawleigh Health Products. You could milk goats there at that time also.
It then became Westgate Garden Center by the mid 1960's. Curio Cabinet Gift Shoppe operated by Felicia Tait was in this building in the 1980's. She must have been a PR wizard as there were several substantial articles in the Port Huron Times Herald about this place. As of 2023 there is a business called Cooky Kutchey's Farm Market operating on that corner but I don't believe it is the same building.
