Up until around 2012 this was still operating as a motel called Telstar. It's in the Google Street Views. By 2013 it was gone and an auto dealership was being built on the site. https://maps.app.goo.gl/bzL5HeyPvGxmLxwk6
This motel was operated by Paul Rivis and goes back to the 1960s or before. It was on Rosso Hwy AKA Hall Rd AKA M-59. It was across the street from the Mt. Clemens Drive-In. I am about 85% sure on the location. The address scheme has changed over the years. There is a couple of structures on the corner of Hall Rd and Gratiot that could be motels.
