This opera house was a hub for magic shows for decades, it being associated with Harry Blackstone Sr. and Jr. Eventually the building was used as a bank. An effort to reopen the venue was mounted in 1978 but stalled by 1982. I am using the address of the current police station as the address for the old opera house doesn't exist anymore. It was on the corner of State St and Swan.
