This party store goes back to the earliest days of Woodville more than likely. The railroad used to run right behind this place (seen in historical aerial below). It used to run from Pinconning to Gladwin. The rail is long gone as is the store. It was there as late as 1998 but I am not sure if it was open. I did find a couple of ads from the 60's and one indicated it was operated by Roy and Delores. My dream would be to own a store like this with a small motel next door and have so much money the only customer would be me. LOL
